Ya ya, I ate all of those in one sitting. Haha NO REGRETS.
That's just a puny little bit of my meals. As much as I would love to have a 100% perfect diet, as someone who loves her cookies and chocolate and brownies and crackers (NOT FORGETTING EMOTIONAL EATING!), I don't expect myself to achieve a 100% clean diet (at least not in the near future).
So I follow the 80/20 guideline - eat clean 80% of the time and the other 20 is for you to YOLO :DDD I also stay away from the super nasty trans fats (aka. (partially) hydrogenated (vegetable) oil) - main reason why I've ever since stopped eating Chipsmore.
ALWAYS read the ingredient label - don't be fooled by food packaging. Regular vegetable oils have shorter shelf lives so profit maximizing food manufacturers sneakily add a hydrogen molecule to the oils to increase the product's shelf life. Your body can't (& was never meant to) process these trans fats, which easily contributes to clogged arteries and higher risk of heart disease. Read this article, FDA Targets Trans Fat in Processed Foods, by the US Food & Drug Administration. Recently, the FDA even proceeded to ban the use of trans fat - that's how bad trans fats are.
Anyway, I also lead a pretty active lifestyle & always throw in a few hardcore workout sessions each week. Even during these few crazy weeks, I'm still physically active.
An hour is only 4% of your day - so don't say you've got no time!
I've been eating clean most of the time! :P
