I've been trying to prepare myself for the ACE CPT exam prep.
I'm not gonna try to kid anyone. These books are laden with scientific terms, models, protocols, etc. Getting through them can be a pain.

I've also been teaching! Really glad to co-teach at Civica's staff teambuilding sessions last week. We taught over 200 people during those 2 afternoons. The crowd was fun, cooperative & so so so sweet!
One of the best things about teaching is really all the amazing connections that you get - the way people smile, shake your hand and thank you at the end of the session. What I think is even more valuable, is the hard work that I always see my participants put in - it's something new, they find it extremely challenging but they persist and put in their best efforts anyway <3
I'm also really excited to let you guys know that I'm going for my Yoga teacher certification in early 2014!! :)
Stella (my fellow YogiSMU founder!) & myself have exciting plans for YogiSMU & we're ready to bring YogiSMU up another level.
I initially intended to go for my yoga certification slightly later, but after looking at the current situation, my personal goals and plans, and also YogiSMU's progress and direction, the 1st quarter of 2014 is the best time to get certified. Right now I'm just trying to sort the financial aspects of it out. I'm in contact with a private gym regarding possible employment prospects. If it doesn't fall through, I'll just keep looking for something fitness related. Hopefully I wouldn't have to settle for something else *FINGERS CROSSED!*
I might take a Leave of Absence (LOA) from school just so that I don't kill myself trying to maintain my GPA, training to become a yoga teacher, working part time and managing a club. I'll see how it goes on all sides.
I'm pretty sure there would be people who think that I'm crazy. My parents probably the 1st if they were to find out. I haven't broken the news to them yet but I would once everything is settled. At this point of time, it seems kinda impossible to work something sane out; but I believe that it's possible.

If there is a will, there is a way.
Have an amazing week! :D
