I'm a week into the 1st week of my Year 3 Sem 2. I did so many things this week & there are tons of highlights! I had something to look forward to on most days.

Monday:
Principles of Coaching in Sports Module, Lesson #1
Legs day with Colleagues (a walk to hell !!!)
Monday was the 1st time I trained with my colleagues and left me so sore that I couldn't even run for 10 minutes the next day. I swear - I've NEVER done squats in that sort of volume... EVER. Lesson learnt: always train with other trainers.
Wednesday:
Personal Training Session with Client
Thursday:
Morning PE Class at Shelton College
Talk by Mr. Patrick Wee, CEO of True Yoga/True Fitness
The class at Shelton College starts at 8.30am, which means that I have to wake up by 6am. It's day 1 of my 5 consecutive days of 6am or earlier days. Pretty surprised by the amount of meal preps that I still manage to do :P
Friday:
Morning PE Classes at Shelton College
Economics Tuition with Student
Yes, tuition with her was also a highlight of my day. Why? I have no idea. I just enjoy it.
Saturday/Sunday:
Yoga Teacher Training
HIGHLIGHT HIGHLIGHT HIGHLIGHT!!!
We start off our training sessions at 7.30am (yes, you read it right) with a morning practice until 10.30am. Each practice is really intense. I lift weights more than I practice yoga so... Saturday's session gave both my mind and body a good shock and wake up call.
Sunday morning was another amazing session and I really, really thoroughly enjoyed myself. Most yoga classes that I've been to don't challenge me at such a level. Just one weekend and I saw myself improve in my breathing techniques (finally experienced and understood Ujjayi breathing!), Anasas (erm. Forced to practice headstand... Sunday's practice prepared my body so well for back bends that I managed to place my elbows on the ground in Urdhva Dhanurasana: Full Wheel Pose. It's the deepest I've ever been since post-scoliosis surgery) & yoga philosophy knowledge.

Have I mentioned that I even prepared my breakfast, mid morning snack and lunch before leaving my house?! Very proud of myself!!!
At the end of each training session, I wonder what the hell am I trying to do to myself.
1st, it was Ballet - I had to learn French
2nd, it was Economics - I had to learn Greek
3rd, it was personal training/group exercise - I had to learn Latin
Now, it's Yoga - I have to learn Sanskrit

HELP.
Whatever it is, I had a great lunch (which turned into a rather serious but productive meeting... AS USUAL) at I Am... Cafe at Haji Lane after Sunday's training.
I'm pretty bad at defining a good meal but I found Saturday's dinner good too...
